Paul grew up in Gloucester City in South Jersey. A blue collar town and was taught the value of a good work ethic. His parents, Bill and Jaunice Dilks, have made Gloucester their home for more than 60 years.  They also instilled in Paul the value of having God in your life and having Him guide your decisions. Paul attended High School at Baptist High School in Haddon Heights and attended College at Warner University in Lake Wales Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in business management. Paul will be celebrating his 25th wedding anniversary in 2018 with his wife, Michele. Michele is a CPA who works for an accounting firm in Voorhees. Paul and Michele, for the first ten years of their marriage, lived in Bellmawr then moved to Washington Township where they currently live. Paul's son, Kenny is in his third year at Rowan University in Glassboro and intends to major in Music Education. His daughter Allison is a student at Washington Township High School. He is the happy owner of Patches, a dog he rescued from a local animal shelter.

Meet Paul Dilks


Paul Dilks is a former radio personality on The Big Talker 1210, WNJC 1360, WWDB 860, and 920 The Voice.  Paul has lived in Washington Township for the last 15 years with his wife, Michele and 2 kids, Kenny and Allison.  Paul is an active member of the community serving in the Washington Township Rotary and Knights of Columbus. He is also the Coordinator for the Kathy Megee Memorial Holiday Meals program. The program prepares and delivers 400 meals on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter to the elderly, disabled, shut in, and those in need throughout Gloucester County.  He was recently recognized in for his community involvement is the Washington Township Neighbors magazine and was also in 2015 South Jersey Magazine's "Men of the Year" publication. Paul volunteers each year around 200 hours and believes there is nothing that lifts up a community better than giving back to it. Paul has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry and in currently working for Gateway Mortgage Group in their reverse mortgage department.  

Paul is a proud Catholic Christian man who attends the Church of the Holy Family in Washington Township and believes the everyday blessings in his life are the result of his relationship with God, which gives him a positive attitude and outlook on life.

Paul ran for U.S Congress in 2018 for the 1st Congressional District in New Jersey. 

Paul worked as an on air personality in radio from the beginning of 2013 to May of 2017, when the station he was working for was sold and the new owner changed the format. Paul refined his public speaking ability and conducted numerous interviews during that time period, including G. Cobb and Bob Patterson who ran for office in the First Congressional District in the past. Paul also has interviewed Steve Sweeney and Fred Madden along with local mayors. He brought "The Philly POPS Presents The All South Jersey Jazz Festival" to South Jersey and introduced a monthly segment to his show with then Miss New Jersey, Brenna Weick, to promote pet adoption.
